Mix & Master Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of "Mix & Master" services by Djia Media, Inc. ("Company") to its clients ("Client"). By engaging in any of the services provided by Djia Media, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
Mix & Master Packages and Edits:
The Client may choose from two packages for Mix & Master services, namely "Base Mix & Master" and "Premium Mix & Master." The Base package includes a professional mix and master without any rounds of edits. The Premium package includes a professional mix and master with three rounds of edits. Edits for the Premium package must be requested within 48 hours of the Client receiving the mix and master files. If no edit suggestions are received from the Client within 48 hours of asset delivery, the mix and master will be considered final and approved. Djia Media will deliver the final mix and master files in high-quality WAV format. Djia Media is not responsible for any errors, misalignments, or import errors in the provided tracks. We will mix and master the records as they are imported.
Payment and Delivery:
The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the selected Mix & Master package. Payment shall be made in full before the delivery of the final mix and master files. Djia Media will deliver the completed mix and master files to the Client within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Storage of Files:
Djia Media does not store client files after a period of 7 days from the completion of the project. It is the responsibility of the Client to store their files safely and securely. Djia Media shall not be liable for any loss or damage to client files after the specified storage period.
There are no refunds for the Mix & Master services provided by Djia Media.
Limitation of Liability:
Djia Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Mix & Master services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. The total liability of Djia Media, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific Mix & Master services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of California, USA.
By engaging in Djia Media's Mix & Master services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.
Prices may vary from project to project, subject to workload, schedule, deadlines, and other variables.
