Personal Song Service - Terms & Conditions

By engaging with Djia Media, Inc. for our "Personal Song Service," you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order:

1. Service Description:

• Djia Media, Inc.'s "Personal Song Service" provides clients with a personalized and unique song to be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. This service does not grant the client any rights to use the sound recording for commercial release, official distribution, or monetization. The soundrecording be owned by Djia Media, Inc. Client may use this record for personal use only. Song will be delivered as an mp3 or wav. file. Artwork if not included and neither is an official mix or master of this record. A standard use of EQ, Compression, Reverb, Autotune and other plugins will be applied along with a general 'master.

2. Payment:

• The fee for our "Personal Song Service" is specified on our website and in our communication with you. All prices are in USD. Payment for the service must be made in full before any work on the song begins.

3. Delivery Time:

• Your personalized song will be finalized within 7 business days from the date of payment receipt. If you require expedited service, a rush fee of $159 can be purchased to have the song delivered within a shorter timeframe.

4. Refunds:

• Djia Media, Inc. does not offer refunds for the "Personal Song Service" under any circumstances. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

5. Edits:

• One round of simple edits is included in the service, which is limited to minor changes, such as modifying a phrase or updating the pronunciation of a name. Any further edits will be subject to additional studio hire time and will be quoted as a minimum additional charge of $150 and up.

6. Music and Copyright:

• Clients are responsible for providing their own music to be written and recorded to. If you require music to be provided by Djia Media, Inc., an additional music source fee of $100 will be added to the total cost. The music provided will remain the copyright of the original writers and producers of that music.

7. Ownership and Usage:

• All toplines produced by Djia Media, Inc., whether on original or client-provided music, are not approved for commercial use. Djia Media, Inc. retains ownership and control over the topline, writing, publishing, and songwriting of the vocal produced. Clients may only use the recorded song for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Legal Compliance:

• Clients engaging in Djia Media, Inc.'s "Personal Song Service" must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and intellectual property laws, in their use of the song produced.

9. Limitation of Liability:

• Djia Media, Inc. is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of the personalized song, its contents, or any services provided.

By proceeding with the "Personal Song Service," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
